Ridiculously Easy Fudge + A Very Important Question

Hi, everybody!

I got tagged today for a recipe round-robin thing, and since the person I sent this recipe to (antheia, could you be more adorable?) has already told me that this recipe looks fabulous, I thought I'd share it with all of you.

Ridiculously Easy Fudge

In a heavy saucepan, mix 2 T butter or margarine, 1.5 c sugar, and 2/3 c evaporated milk on medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a frothy, foamy boil. Let it boil like that for five minutes, still stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in 2 c mini-marshmallows, 2 c milk chocolate chips, 1/2 c chopped nuts (optional), and 1 t vanilla, making sure that the marshmallows and chocolate chips are completely blended (no lumps). Pour into a foil lined 8x8 or 9x9 pan and put it in the fridge; let cool overnight. Cut into small cubes and enjoy!

I'm off today and won't be back online until Thursday morning. Cheers, all!

ps - Did someone wonderful give me a gift certificate? I got an email informing me about the gift certificate, but without any attribution. Let me know who you are, please, and I'll try to write a drabble or ficlet for you when I get back. Thanks so much!

Clearly, you are an over-achiever.

This sounds SO good! I'm not sure what the measurements are, though. I'm thinking a small t is teaspoon, but and maybe a small c is cup. But what is a large T? I'd have said tablespoon, but that doesn't work for butter, so I'm hitting a blank.

Oh, in the US, a stick of butter (which is half a cup) is marked in tablespoons (eight tablespoons to a stick). So, yes, t is teaspoon and T is tablespoon and c is cup.
